Willis Custom Homes primarily specializes in build on your lot custom home building. We also offer services in remodeling, home additions and more, for our custom home clients. In certain cases we take on this type of work for homeowners that we did not build for and we will always refer you to one of our qualified subcontractors if the project is beyond our scope of work.

Remodeling

When remodeling your home it is always easier to work directly with the builder who constructed your home. We offer full service design and remodeling to all of our custom home clients at rates that are hard to beat. Whether you are simply ugrading your countertops or redesigning the entire inside of your home we are happy to assist you.

Home Additions

Often times our clients will want to build with the thought of adding on to thier home in mind. We assist all of our clients in planning and implementing their home additions in order to make the process simple and cost efficient. Typically we can finish our home addition projects within 4-6 weeks and minimize the inconveince and expenses for the homeowner.

Kitchen and bath redesign is one of our specialties. We have a number of design centers that we work with to help you find the design scheme that's right for you. With careful planning and thought we can help turn your visions into a reality without exceeding your budget.

Decks and Patios

Most local deck and patio companies have very high overhead and charge homeowners ridiculously high rates for full service installations. We put our custom home clients directly in touch with our subcontractors so that you can add a deck or covered patio onto your home at wholesale rates.
